So, of course, you’re blocking the answer. You just don’t know that you are. Because you, the conscious, rational human that you know yourself to be, wants the answer. But you, the subconscious squirrel who is terrified of change, doesn’t.

To get the clarity you seek, all you have to do is get out of your body, quiet the ego mind and make space to talk with your Highest Self*. 

 

Now, you might be thinking, “All you have to do? Are you crazy, Erica? I can’t do that.”

And that’s where I’m calling your bluff. Because, look, everyone can do that. Just sometimes we need a little help when the answer we’re looking for scares us (subconsciously or not so subconsciously)

  • Remove any stagnant energy that’s blocking to receive direction from your intuition
  • Calm your mind so you can connect with your Highest Self to receive guidance from Her
  • Journal to capture your Highest Self’s directions and to determine clear next steps
